TMAC attends Quebec City's Carnival

This last night saw Newfoundland and Labrador hosting a cocktail reception in the Villeray room with some of their traditional food such as cod tongues and Newfie Screech on the menu. The Hilton chef had to pinch hit when the Newfie chef was detained enroute to Quebec. He did an admirable job of preparing some tasty east coast food.
